Stress is one of the reasons behind the unhealthy life. Try to stay away from it as far as possible. Stress contributes to cardiovascular problems and could lead to a severe heart attack too.
3) Try to be Physically Active:
A daily exercisee routine could make your life healthier and simpler by cutting down your excess of cholesterol and fat. Try to add exercise into your daily routine it can help reduce the symptoms of heart attack. Consult a trainer to know which ones are better for you.
