1. Add aloe to your shampoo.
Aloe vera is good for healing, moisturizing, and normalizing dry hair. Add 1 teaspoon of 99 percent pure aloe gel to shampoo (or if you have a aloe vera plant at your home, cut a stem out and peel it from its edge, and put out the transparent gel out), and massage for about 5 minutes when you wash your hair.
Make sure you wash the hair well.. after using the shampoo.
2. Oil-honey hair mask.
Make a hair mask by mixing honey in hair oil. Keep it on for about 15-20 minutes then rinse it with shampoo. And say hello to the beautiful hair.
3. Make egg+shampoo paste.
Egg is always helpful in enhancing the protein in your hair. Mix an egg with little amount of shampoo, and apply it to your damaged hair this winter.
Keep it on for about 5-10 minutes, then rinse it well. It will return the shine and protein of your dry and damaged hair back.
4. Olive oil treatment.
Olive oil is like “one remedy for everything“. It is also useful for hair and repairing their natural shine. Olive oil can be used for massaging your head or as a hair pack.
Warm some olive oil, apply it on the scalp with your finger tips. Massage your hair for 5 minutes. Then cover it with shower cap or something, and keep it on for about half an hour. Rinse your hair with a shampoo then to remove oil from hair.
It will help to bring back your shiny and lively hair back.
5. Coconut oil Treatment.
Warm about half a cup of coconut oil, and massage it on your scalp with your finger tips. It is advisable to do this before going to bed and leave it over night and wash it in the morning with cool water. It will bring back the natural shine of your hair.
You should stop using your hair dryers, excess shampooing your hair and using warm or hot water over your hair, to prevent drying your hair and damaging them this season.
