    • We suggest you to first use ice in a cloth over the pimple to first reduce the inflammation, and after 5 minutes apply mashed garlic clove using your finger tips over it and keep it there for 5-10 minutes. Do this process 3-4 times a day for 10 days, and also try to add in your diet anti oxidant foods like garlic, turmeric, strawberries ,etc to make you body’s immune system strong against fighting skin problems on their own. 🙂
